Opportunity for organized professionals with strong communication skills **Photography Studio – Campo Bom** **Position: Customer Service / Sales** **Responsibilities:** * Strategic WhatsApp customer service (focus on conversion) * Proactive sales via phone calls and follow-up * Guiding customers from first contact to post-sale closure * Onboarding and information alignment after sale * Supporting studio organization and operational tasks * Updating spreadsheets, lead registration, and internal tracking **Requirements:** * Proven experience in customer service and sales * Experience in negotiation and deal closing * Comfort working with targets and commission-based compensation * Strong communication skills and confidence in proactive sales * Organizational skills and discipline in managing processes and spreadsheets **Compensation:** * R$ 1.700 to R$ 2.300 (based on experience) * Commission on sales * R$200.00 monthly allowance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 9:15 AM to 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.700,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
