Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare technical reports and opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents within the scope of expertise. Assist in planning, drafting, developing, executing, controlling, and monitoring actions, projects, research, policies, programs, and events, in accordance with organizational guidelines, within the area of expertise, integrated with or involving public, private, national, or international institutions requiring high-level specialized technical knowledge. Assist in conducting studies and high-complexity special analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and products, and generate recommendations with medium- and long-term impact. Participate in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, and in analyzing variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Manage inventory of materials within the area of responsibility. Monitor and advise on legislation applicable to the area of expertise.
