Education
Completed Elementary School plus a course in Electricity, Electronics, Electroelectronics, Mechanics, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics, according to area of expertise; OR completed Technical High School education applicable to the area of expertise; OR currently enrolled in a Higher Education program relevant to the area of expertise.
Experience
Preventive and corrective building maintenance involving electrical, hydraulic, and civil installations, painting, masonry, and application of maintenance checklists via mobile applications.
Knowledge
Basic understanding of repair and expansion works for electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems, painting, basic computer skills, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, and execution of plans and projects within one's area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Manage inventory of materials in one's area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Interpret standards, procedures, and technical drawings related to maintenance in one's area of expertise. Supervise outsourced professionals performing tasks under one's responsibility. Lead work processes in one's area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Additional responsibilities:
In the Events area: monitor and execute event support activities such as setup, maintenance, and teardown, audio, video, lighting, scenery, equipment, electrical systems, and technical site visits.
In the Maintenance/Equipment/Maintenance area: monitor and execute technical preventive, predictive, and corrective civil maintenance activities, including masonry repairs and restorations, furniture repairs, interior and exterior painting, maintenance of roofing and structural elements, in accordance with current procedures. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective hydraulic network activities, including repairs of sanitary fixtures, maintenance of rainwater drainage equipment, among others, in accordance with current procedures. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective electrical network activities, such as lamp, luminaire, photocell, socket, switch, electronic gate replacements, circuit expansions, electrical panels, and metering, among others, in accordance with current procedures.
