Job Summary: Responsible for managing revenue, processes, people, and construction projects to ensure operational efficiency, road safety, and contractual compliance of the highway system. We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure operational efficiency, road safety, and fulfillment of contractual obligations for the highway system through management of revenue, processes, people, and construction projects—promoting continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and integration with regulatory agencies—thereby ensuring traffic fluidity, user safety, and operational sustainability. * Responsible for ensuring proper collection of TAP and TOP revenues by overseeing billing and collections, while driving improvements in control systems, process automation, and expansion of management systems. * Address emergency and construction-related signage, developing and presenting proposals that enhance road safety for employees (internal and external) and highway system users. Continuously seek best practices and standardized signage approaches to improve team safety and productivity. * Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations by managing deadlines, prioritizing demands, assigning tasks, and monitoring team controls and progress. * Respond to business unit requests regarding authorizations needed for construction works impacting the highway system, identifying priorities and adhering to the granting authority’s guidelines to expedite approvals—always complying with the defined occupation plan for each location. * Identify the need for temporary restrictions on the road network due to construction works and coordinate with competent authorities to implement such measures—through project analysis, interaction with operations and engineering teams, site visits, submissions to traffic agencies, and assessment of impacts on traffic fluidity. * Drive continuous improvement of systems and information, optimizing activities focused on data analysis, eliminating repetitive tasks, and automating processes wherever possible—including data entry and extraction, automated calculations, and Power BI dashboard creation—while also producing content that encourages analytical thinking. * Serve as validator for operational system modules related to Cargo Scheduling and Construction Works scopes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed undergraduate degree; Driver's License Category B; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Knowledge of BI tools; Basic English proficiency. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating across **13 states**, enabling thousands of people daily through holistic, socially impactful mobility solutions.
