Financial management and development of sales strategies **Responsibilities:** · Team management: Supervise and coordinate team activities, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee motivation to achieve established goals. · Daily operations: Ensure efficient execution of daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and facility maintenance. · Quality control: Ensure consistency and quality of served food, adhering to company-established standards and complying with sanitary regulations. · Customer service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional service to guarantee customers have a positive experience. · Financial management: Manage operational costs, control budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the restaurant meets its profitability targets. · Sales strategy development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and improve business profitability. · Compliance with laws and regulations: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, food safety standards, and government regulations. · Care and management of fixed assets (furniture, equipment, building, etc). Schedule*: Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM\.
