Description:
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Experience in the role;
* Intermediate Spanish preferred; basic English.
* Support logistics and international trade activities, including receipt, storage, handling, dispatch, and transportation of materials and products, as well as import/export processes;
* Handle invoicing, shipment scheduling, document issuance and dispatch, inventory control, and performance indicator tracking, contributing to operational efficiency and adherence to established deadlines;
* Assist in supplier quotations and bidding (BID), support customs brokers, monitor maritime, air, and road shipments, request shipment space reservations, track vessel berthing and goods nationalization, and assist in closing import/export processes;
* Maintain communication with regulatory agencies, freight carriers, insurers, customers, and suppliers to ensure legal compliance, agreed timelines, and pre-established conditions;
* Support preparation of control reports and spreadsheets, and perform other related and inherent duties.
