Job Summary: The employee operates galvanizing systems to coat metal parts, performs control and maintenance of galvanic baths, and ensures cleanliness and safety of the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. The employee is responsible for immersing parts suspended on hangers into plating solutions, strictly adhering to procedures outlined in Technical Instructions (TIs), and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** Include operating galvanizing machinery and systems—such as chromium plating, nickel plating, and zinc plating—to coat metal parts. The employee is also responsible for controlling and maintaining galvanic baths, monitoring parameters such as temperature and pH level, and performing equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
