**Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, your main activities will be:**
* Develop Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) instructions, applying applicable Regulatory Norms (NRs) to production processes and/or administrative activities, identifying hazards and risks to define preventive and/or corrective measures;
* Train leaders, teams, and/or the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) on applicable SHE instructions for their work processes;
* Develop, implement, and enforce safety and environmental procedures, aiming to improve working conditions, prevent accidents, preserve workers' health and hygiene, in accordance with NRs (Regulatory Norms);
* Issue official letters to regulatory agencies;
* Develop and schedule implementation of quality management systems focused on Safety and Environment, complying with current standards;
* Monitor the applicability of SHE instructions to production processes and/or administrative activities, generating improvement/preventive and/or corrective actions;
* Monitor environmental conditions at workstations defined in the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), preparing and consolidating information to support decision-making regarding Occupational Safety;
* Provide technical support and guidance to other company departments and CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) on matters related to Occupational Safety and Health;
* Record and analyze all incidents and accidents occurring in the company in specific documents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to minimize or eliminate risks;
* Train the company's emergency response team for emergency situations (fires, accidents, explosions, floods, environmental emergencies, etc.), preparing and approving the annual training schedule for these events;
* Ensure compliance with the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan in such situations, guiding and acting jointly with the team, as well as evaluating the results of the actions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed High School education;
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
* Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
**Additional qualifications considered as advantages in the selection process:**
* Technical qualification in Environmental Management;
* Professional experience in the field;
* Experience in the Metal-Mechanical and/or Rubber Industry.
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday, from 3:28 PM to 12:25 AM
