**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Completed Nursing Technician course;
* Active COREN registration;
* Completed or ongoing qualification in surgical instrumentation;
* Prior experience in the field is desirable.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Provide safe, humanized, and individualized nursing assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, performing relevant care routines such as vital signs monitoring and hygiene and comfort care;
* Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation;
* Perform verification of requests and consumption of materials, medications, and OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment);
* Identify patients' clinical conditions, initiate clinical management within the scope of technical competence, and notify the care team as needed;
* Administer medications according to medical prescriptions;
* Monitor hemodynamic signs pertinent to critically ill patients to enable appropriate actions within the scope of responsibility.
Minimum Education: Technical Course
