




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses on various products, preparing materials, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Performs microbiological analyses on juices, wines, and derivatives. 2. Applies Food Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Ensures food safety and product quality. **Description:** Prepare culture media, solutions, and other materials required for microbiological analyses. Prepare microscope slides and perform microscopic readings, immediately reporting any non-conforming results to the responsible departments. Perform ATP (swab) analyses to validate sanitation processes on packaging lines and equipment, as needed. Conduct microbiological analyses on juices, wines, and derivatives in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures. Interpret and record microbiological analysis results, releasing compliant products jointly with the Sector Analyst. Hold and forward non-conforming products for reanalysis, collaborating with the technical team on final evaluation. Perform and record environmental monitoring analyses, communicating results to involved departments. Conduct potability analyses of water in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Handle additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Substitute for the Sector Analyst during their legally mandated absences. Apply Food Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), contributing to strengthening the food safety culture. Perform tasks involving chemical and flammable substances, in compliance with NR\-20\.
