




We are supporting a **large industrial sector company** in the search for a **Level 1 Technical Support Analyst**, to work **on-site in Farroupilha/RS**. Our purpose is to connect people and companies, offering solutions that promote digital transformation and foster a culture of continuous learning. ### **Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and efficiently and courteously resolve support requests (by phone, email, or system). * Escalate complex incidents to Level N2 or N3 teams, monitoring their resolution. * Configure access for new employees or permission changes in the Windows environment (user and domain). * Prepare (receive and deliver) notebooks and desktops for employees (install OS, basic software, and perform tests). * Provide Level 1 support for thermal printers and other peripherals (installation, driver configuration, and resolution of minor connectivity issues). * Configure VPN access on workstations for remote users. * Configure and manage access permissions to modules and functionalities within the Totvs ERP system (as directed by N2/N3). * Infrastructure routines. * Document technical procedures and create a knowledge base (FAQ). * Perform basic network diagnostics, including connectivity tests and IP verification. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Previous experience in Level 1 Technical Support roles (Help Desk/Service Desk). * Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, network configuration, and user/domain management). * Familiarity with networking concepts and configuration (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi). * Ability to configure and troubleshoot VPN connections. * Clear communication skills and focus on excellent user service. Preferred (not mandatory, but valued): * Knowledge and experience supporting Totvs ERP (permission and access configuration). * Experience providing support for thermal/barcode printers. * IT certifications (e.g.: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft MCSA/MTA). ### **Employment and Benefits** * **100% on-site work** in Farroupilha/RS. * Cooperative employment model. * On-site cafeteria.
