Collaborative, organized profile with agility in executing tasks ### **✨ About the Role** ***Graphic Designer*** We are looking for a **Graphic Designer** to join the marketing team at **Mundo Voa**. We seek a creative, agile, and strategically minded communicator capable of transforming ideas into visual assets that connect **brand, customer, and results**. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where commercial campaigns, social media, events, and internal communication happen simultaneously, this role may be for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Creating assets for **commercial campaigns** (online and offline) * Developing visuals for **social media** (feed, stories, reels, and ads) * Visual support for **events, external activities, and store materials** * Producing **institutional materials and internal communications** * Adapting layouts for different formats and channels * Organizing files and supporting the maintenance of the brand’s **visual identity** ### **What We Expect** * A **collaborative** profile and strong communication skills with the team * Organizational skills to manage **multiple tasks** * Agility in execution and a strong **sense of priority** * Creative vision focused on **results**, not just aesthetics * Flexibility to work across various project types * Ease in handling **feedback and rapid adjustments** ***What We Look For In You:*** * Experience in **graphic design** * Proficiency with **Adobe** tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign) * Knowledge of **Canva** * An **updated portfolio** * Knowledge of **video editing, motion design, and photo editing** * Experience in **digital marketing or technology** * Experience working in an **agency** or **in-house marketing** team * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in graphic design, advertising, or marketing * Availability: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 17:48, with 1-hour lunch break. * On-site work in Novo Hamburgo ***Voa Benefits:*** Meal allowance/food voucher; Birthday day off; Transportation voucher; Attendance bonus; Special internet plan; Hospital health insurance.
