Responsibilities and duties: A) Online community engagement * Activate and moderate the Telegram group, maintaining an active, welcoming, and safe environment. * Respond to questions, welcome new members, and sustain community energy. * Monitor retention routines: welcome messages, reminders, notifications, and activation prompts. * Transform behind-the-scenes moments from campaigns, courses, and live streams into daily content to drive engagement. * Capture testimonials, comments, and insights from members to feed back into strategy. * Flag drops in engagement, propose corrective actions, and collaborate closely with coordination. B) Social media content production (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) * Produce weekly posts for Instagram and TikTok (trends, formats, scripts, and captions). * Create clips from live streams, courses, and conversations, following coordination guidelines. * Script, produce, and edit short videos for social media. * Produce institutional content for NOSSAS’ LinkedIn page. * Organize a diverse editorial calendar aligned with training programs and campaigns. * Publish, schedule, and adjust posts based on performance and data. * Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement, providing relevant insights.
