If you are passionate about the digital universe, interested in customer service, and thrive in the dynamic e\-commerce environment, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the product photo production process together with brands, coordinating delivery dates according to product arrivals; * Support the department across all stages related to orders, including: inclusion in the e\-commerce price list, system maintenance with the factory, and updates in the product enrichment spreadsheet; * Work alongside the Merchandising Analyst to monitor the e\-commerce order portfolio, tracking deliveries, aligning launch dates, requesting priority when necessary, and communicating frequently and directly with the factory team regarding order-related matters; * Verify products and promotions on websites to ensure accuracy in pricing, text, categorization, and storefront display, in accordance with the product calendar and strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Desirable Competencies: * Ability to co-create and collaborate; * Curiosity, creativity, and systemic thinking; * Active listening, communication, and commitment. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Location: Farroupilha/RS or Porto Alegre/RS; * Work format: Hybrid; * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
