Affinity with procurement and supply chain activities A road transportation company is seeking a Junior Buyer in Bento Gonçalves. **Responsibilities:** Control and replenish inventory for assigned material groups according to responsibility matrices. Negotiate and fulfill purchase requests generated and approved in the system by TBL, BAL, BECONAL UOs and other affiliated entities as per responsibility matrix. Negotiate with suppliers the services and goods assigned to the role according to the responsibility matrix. Adhere to material replenishment deadlines based on system-recorded lead time parameters and internal customer requirements. Develop new suppliers for assigned material groups. Serve external suppliers and internal customers. Conduct follow-up on procurement of goods and services until order delivery, which occurs upon material arrival at UOs, to meet internal customer requests. Maintain organized files and related documents for provision upon request. Register suppliers and materials. Perform daily report reconciliations whenever necessary. Comply with ISO procedures and standards. Previous experience as a Procurement Assistant, Supply Chain Analyst, Mid-level Buyer, or Procurement Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 3,501.00 to BRL 4,000.00 * Meal Allowance * Parking * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Health Insurance Psychology, Physical Therapy, Nutrition, and Dentistry (through SEST SENAT).
