We seek an **HR Payroll Analyst** to operate strategically and operationally across all people management processes, ensuring legal compliance, routine organization, and excellence in employee service.
**Responsibilities**
* Execute and monitor all HR payroll department processes: hiring, termination, vacation, leave of absence, transfers, electronic timekeeping, personnel movements, and database updates.
* Process and verify monthly payroll, advances, and the 13th salary.
* Calculate labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and issue collection guides.
* Perform closing and submission of ancillary obligations: eSocial, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, and other mandatory declarations.
* Manage employment contracts, benefits, and internal HR policies.
* Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and union regulations.
* Support employees and managers by addressing inquiries, requests, and internal processes.
* Participate in internal and external audits, providing data and documents as required.
* Prepare managerial HR payroll reports and metrics, proposing improvements and optimizations.
* Organize and attend hearings for potential labor lawsuits.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Proven experience in HR payroll department routines.
* Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, and labor charges.
* Proficiency in eSocial and ancillary obligations.
* Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems – Sênior.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in companies with large employee volumes or multiple locations.
* Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and union negotiations.
* Participation in automation, audit, or process improvement projects.
* Familiarity with HR onboarding routines integrated with payroll.
