We currently have an opening for a **Junior After-Sales Analyst**, to work at **SER Renewable Energies**, located in Farroupilha. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle the customer service process, analyzing and resolving complaints while ensuring customer retention, adhering to regulatory standards, supporting after-sales surveys, and suggesting corrective and preventive actions related to products. * Critically evaluate warranty and return cases, requesting copies of warranty, repair, or return invoices when necessary. * Verify invoices received via email, authorize their submission upon confirmation, and complete the customer service form corresponding to each invoice. * Contact customers regarding after-sales topics, including products, brand, installed points of sale (PDVs), and other relevant matters that may arise. * Support the technical department as needed, contributing to the preparation of reports to assess specific product warranty cases and performing other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in Technical Assistance and/or related areas; * Knowledge of fiscal procedures; * Electrical knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Standard shift — 7:30 AM to 5:33 PM. **Benefits That Care for You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy workplace begins with care — for the present and future of our employees.
