Check the job details below and apply! **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the accounting team; * Assign tasks and monitor deadlines and deliverables for accounting, tax, and HR departments; * Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings; * Validate journal entries and accounting reconciliations; * Ensure records comply with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and current tax legislation; * Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements; * Provide managerial and accounting reports to senior management and auditors; * Support internal and external audits; * Supervise submission of obligations such as ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPED Accounting and Tax, among others; * Support senior management with accounting information for strategic planning and decision-making; * Present financial figures in strategic meetings with clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Active CRC registration; * Proficiency in Domínio and Assessoria systems; * Prior experience working at an accounting firm **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$24.00 per day \- Multibenefícios); * Total Pass; * Birthday day off; * Psychological counseling; * Discounts and partnerships with educational institutions; * Pharmacy discounts in the region; * Health insurance with co-payment (Vale dos Sinos).
