Job Summary: Professional responsible for calculating and declaring taxes, submitting tax returns, performing tax bookkeeping, and issuing fiscal invoices across various platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of tax procedures and filing tax returns in multiple states ### **Tax Assistant \#1342** * Responsibilities: \- Use customer service platforms to respond to inquiries and fulfill client requests; * Calculate and declare corporate direct and indirect taxes (SIMPLES NACIONAL, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF, IRPJ, CSLL); * Submit tax declarations (DIRF, DCTF, DIMED, DIMOB, REINF, DEFIS, SPED ICMS, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS); * Perform tax bookkeeping and analyze tax procedures; * Issue NFe and NFSe; * File tax declarations in the following states: RS, SC, SP, RJ, PR. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Prior experience in an accounting office is preferred. * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting (in progress or completed); courses related to tax accounting. * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
