




Assist in appending information to portals when required by the client's billing process. Assist in mapping the billing portfolio, including and validating information regarding issued but unbilled freight charges. Record the mailing and/or e-mail dispatch of the invoice. Assist in customer service via e-mail, telephone, and WhatsApp to clarify inquiries. Verify payments included in advances. Assist in issuing new documents and returning them to agencies/internal and external clients. Requirements: High school diploma completed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for candidates accustomed to administrative routines.
