Promoting employee engagement and organizational development initiatives OPEN POSITION | HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST We are looking for a professional passionate about human development, organizational culture, and people management to join us as a Human Resources Analyst. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and conduct internal training sessions; * Manage Training & Development processes; * Administer and monitor Performance Appraisals; * Develop initiatives focused on organizational climate and culture; * Support leaders in team development; * Design and track HR metrics; * Promote employee engagement and organizational human development initiatives. Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in HR with emphasis on human development; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; * Knowledge of training programs, performance appraisal, and organizational culture is a plus. We are looking for someone who: * Is proactive and creative; * Enjoys developing people and strengthening collaborative environments.
