Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate systems analysis processes at the tactical level, being responsible for planning, staying informed about issues, evaluating adopted solutions, discussing, proposing, and defining improvement and process qualification actions, aiming to meet demands and contribute to the unit/company’s strategic objectives; * Manage people by monitoring performance, delegating responsibilities, providing feedback, defining staffing plans, hiring, dismissals, promotions, performance evaluations, vacation scheduling, and other related activities; * Ensure the necessary resources are available for teams to carry out their activities within parameters defined by the company; * Jointly administer, with the immediate supervisor, the organization’s corporate system, its database, integrations, and management of administrative, technical, and managerial processes; * Diagnose needs for implementing changes to the company’s corporate system; * Propose and implement new IT solutions, identifying supply options, technically evaluating proposals together with the infrastructure manager and supervisor, and subsequently testing and monitoring new and/or modified systems, collaborating with users in performance evaluation and improvements; * Coordinate contact with vendors of software used in company administration, including contracts, support, and implementation of enhancements; * Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating procedures related to processes under your responsibility; * Identify potential suppliers and contract external services when necessary, monitoring service delivery; * Support business areas in developing key users; * Lead demand and systems project portfolio management, covering demand capture, analysis and refinement of business needs, prioritization, internal team delivery capacity assessment, identification and management of external resources, and budgetary control—aiming to optimize resource allocation and maximize the value delivered by IT solutions; * Be directly accountable for results in areas under your responsibility, taking action to ensure achievement of set objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * People management; * Agile methodologies and project management; * Practical experience and functional knowledge of integrated corporate systems (ERP such as SAP, TOTVS, Primus, Oracle EBS; CRM such as Salesforce; BI platforms), including modules, integrations, and customizations; * Information security; * Postgraduate degree or COBIT/ITIL certification preferred. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (on-site restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduced working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special prices.
