Perform routine cost department activities, including industrial cost control, inventory control, and administrative expense management (budgeted vs. actual). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process and analyze monthly costs; * Analyze cost variances and manage inventory; * Record accounting entries related to the cost area; * Participate in physical inventory of materials; * Support the development of short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts; * Monitor industrial costs and administrative expenses (Budgeted vs. \* Actual); * Prepare managerial reports; * Perform other activities related to the cost area; * Understand, apply, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy guidelines, committing to perform job-related tasks in accordance with current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting compliance with organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge and Education:** Required: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; proficiency in MS Office tools (focus: Excel — Advanced level); SAP knowledge. Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree; SAP knowledge (modules CO, FI, MM); Power BI.
