Job Summary: Control and verify tax and transportation documents, recording material and freight inbound and outbound operations to ensure tax compliance and logistical support. Key Highlights: 1. Perform control and verification of tax and transportation documents, recording material, freight, and receipt inbound and outbound operations, ensuring tax compliance, logistical operational support, and adherence to the Integrated Management System requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify that received invoices and bills of lading comply with purchase orders; * Print documents for material receipt \- *hard copy*, NF-e copy, weighing ticket; * Analyze variations in raw material or input purchases and related tax operations; * Issue, organize, and maintain tax documents, ensuring proper document order within the department; * Weigh trucks on receiving and billing scales; * Record all tax events arising from inbound operations (e.g., materials, transportation services, returns); * Control outbound invoices and provide necessary information to reconciliation teams; * Record freight costs for purchases and sales; * Register and verify vehicle and driver documentation, toll issuance; * Analyze inbound and outbound invoices to verify alignment with origins and destinations for bookkeeping, including issue date, legal name, CNPJ, and State Tax ID; * Comply with internal policies and meet applicable Integrated Management System requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed high school education.
