Job Summary:
This role will assist in financial activities, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions, ensuring organization and support to management.
Key Highlights:
1. Assistance with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury
2. Support in financial reconciliation and report generation
3. Compliance with the Code of Conduct and Management Policy
Assist in executing financial area activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
When assisting with accounts payable:
* Prepare daily payments;
* Monitor pending payments;
* Record payable entries in the system;
* Track document approvals in the system;
* Others.
When assisting with accounts receivable and cash flow:
* Update the cash flow forecast;
* Monitor payments, receipts, and their forecasts;
* Perform and monitor the receivables anticipation process;
* Issue bank statements;
* Record debits and credits in the system.
For all tasks:
* Assist in financial reconciliations vs. accounting;
* Generate reports as required by operational needs and management requests;
* Organize and archive documents;
* Serve as backup for the area when necessary;
* Act in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct principles, promoting ethical, safe, and environmentally responsible practices;
* Understand, apply, and disseminate the guidelines of the company’s Integrated Management Policy, committing to perform job-related activities according to current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting compliance with organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
Intermediate English proficiency preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge preferred
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break.
