




Job Summary: An analytical and ethical professional to manage essential financial routines, ensuring predictability and control, and contributing to the company's financial health. Essential for operational efficiency and the company's financial health. **Responsibilities for Accounts Payable:** Invoice verification, document validation, payment scheduling, and correct expense classification (Chart of Accounts); Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies; Perform bank reconciliations. Accounts Receivable: Verify receipt postings, review payments, and reconcile sales (Credit Cards, PIX, marketplaces); Monitor delinquency jointly with the credit department, support collection activities, and track receivables KPIs; Manage operational discrepancies (exchanges, returns). Cash Flow: Prepare and update daily actual and projected cash flow statements (short- and medium-term); Monitor cash inflows, outflows, and credit limits (cash availability for daily operations). Accounting and Financial Analysis: Classify and analyze accounting accounts, cost centers, and expense nature; Support monthly closings and reconciliations. **Working Hours:** 7:42 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). We seek an analytical, organized, ethical professional with strong expertise in essential financial routines for businesses. Must ensure predictability, control, and reliability of information supporting management and working capital, directly contributing to operational efficiency and the company's financial health. Desired Technical Competencies: Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP system experience and affinity; Knowledge of card and acquirer reconciliations; Solid understanding of accounting principles, basic tax legislation, and controller routines; Ability to interpret financial statements. **Required Experience:** Prior experience in financial routines; Experience handling daily financial transactions; Participation in accounting/managerial closings is desirable; Retail industry background. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting Sciences; or Accounting Technician qualification. Additional courses in finance, accounting, or data analysis are advantageous.
