WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT? * Perform loading, unloading, and handling of goods; * Verify goods scheduled for delivery; * Ensure no damage or tampering exists on packages; * Palletize goods as required by load specifications; * Perform daily cleaning and organization routines at the terminal; * Carry out tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by your immediate supervisor; * Properly use required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor. WHAT SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE A PLUS? * Goods unloading; * Symbolism (hazardous materials signage, etc.); * Cargo stowage; * Teamwork skills; * Organizational skills.
