




Job Summary: An operational professional to assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation while maintaining kitchen organization, hygiene, and collaboration with the team. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 8:10 AM–4:00 PM / Sat or Sun 7:00 AM–5:50 PM (6x1 rotating shift\) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables. * Assist in plating dishes and presenting them. * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils and equipment. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Assist in food and supply inventory control, reporting replenishment needs. * Participate in menu planning and execution as directed by the head chef. * Properly dispose of food waste and leftovers. * Respond promptly and efficiently to service demands, contributing to customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in kitchens or food service is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Availability to work on weekends. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Food handling certification. * Experience in industrial kitchens. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. * Aptitude for learning new recipes and culinary techniques. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Basic food basket, On-site meals, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
