We seek a Human Resources Coordinator with a strategic, hands-on profile who collaborates closely with executive leadership and management teams to ensure excellence in people management, legal compliance, and organizational culture strengthening. This is a key position for individuals who enjoy thinking, structuring, executing, and monitoring—taking a leading role in HR evolution and direct business support. ### **Main Responsibilities** Strategic and People Management Collaborate with executive leadership on HR department strategic planning Support management teams in people management, performance, conflict resolution, and organizational climate Conduct performance evaluations, probationary contracts, and development initiatives Plan and execute internal endomarketing and communication activities Develop and maintain the Job Position, Salary, and Competency Matrix Plan Plan and monitor technical and behavioral training programs Operational HR & Personnel Department Coordinate recruitment & selection processes and new employee onboarding Manage payroll, hiring, terminations, vacations, and working hours control (payroll processed by accounting office) Ensure compliance with labor legislation and legal updates Manage benefits (health plan, enrollments, removals, and billing) Monitor PCMSO, CIPA, and third-party service providers (cleaning and meals) Quality and Processes – ISO 9001 Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Manage departmental KPIs and action plans Handle and analyze non-conformities Ensure document, procedure, and internal audit updates ### **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in this field is an advantage Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles Solid knowledge of labor legislation Experience with HR metrics ### **Benefits** * Salary: To be negotiated * Transportation Allowance * Flexible benefit of R$ 1,000.00 * Attendance Bonus: R$ 140.00 per month * Education Assistance * Wellhub * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch * PLR – Profit Sharing Program ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
