Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing general cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of facilities, utensils, and equipment, adhering to safety regulations and good practices. Supporting the kitchen team with daily operational tasks Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in facilities, collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all work using standard tools and operational procedures provided. * Clean and sanitize kitchens, utensils, equipment, and common areas; * Wash pots, trays, plates, cutlery, and other industrial utensils; * Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory and cold storage rooms; * Collect and dispose of waste according to hygiene and safety standards; * Restock departments with required cleaning supplies and materials; * Assist in food pre\-preparation when requested; * Maintain clean and organized floors, countertops, equipment, and circulation areas; * Follow occupational safety regulations and good food handling practices; * Support the kitchen team with daily operational demands; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and materials used; * Monitor cleaning of dining areas and service zones; * Adhere to facility cleaning schedules and internal procedures.
