Job Summary: Opportunity to work in the Commercial area as a Technical Assistant II - Leather, conducting site visits, prospecting and negotiating with customers, as well as field testing and post-sales follow-up. Position: **Technical Assistant II \- Leather**, based at our **Montenegro/RS** unit. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct visits to existing and potential customers, delivering commercial presentations to promote the product/brand and prospect new business opportunities; * Perform field tests by applying the company's product on customers' production lines, analyzing and evaluating test results to adapt the product to customer requirements and finalize sales; * Conduct negotiations with customers, validating prices, delivery timelines, and other sales conditions, and forwarding order drafts and contracts to the Commercial Administration department for logistics coordination and order dispatch; * Carry out post-sales follow-up, assessing and interpreting application results, maintaining contact with the customer's responsible party to align the process and ensure correct product application/use; * Maintain direct contact with technical departments, identifying market demands specific to the leather industry to develop new product solutions addressing those needs; * Prospect new customers for the business by identifying and contacting commercial representatives, factories, and companies to establish contacts for product line presentation and commercialization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields; * Fluency in English and Spanish; * Experience in selling chemical products for the leather industry; * Knowledge of vegetable tanning processes. **Additional Information** Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
