Assist in conducting applications, tests, and studies for new product development and product improvement projects at the laboratory level; organize ingredients and product samples in the Applications Laboratory; maintain organization and cleanliness of the Applications Laboratory’s infrastructure and utensils; manage expiration dates of samples/ingredients; collect raw materials and work materials for use in the Applications Laboratory; send samples to suppliers. ? What do we expect from you? Strong communication skills; Willingness to learn; Organizational skills and affinity with processes. **? Requirements:** Technical degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Nutrition; or undergraduate degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, or Production), Industrial Chemistry, or Nutrition (currently pursuing). **?
