A Great Place to Work company with continuous growth **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Process purchase requisitions via Meta Conecta; Assess whether requisition requirements have been met and whether information is sufficient; Analyze and select the best market suppliers to fulfill orders; Negotiate high-complexity purchases with suppliers; Identify new suppliers for evaluation by the Procurement Department; Ensure compliance with the procurement workflow; Perform follow-up with suppliers and internal customers; Negotiate high-complexity contracts; Develop managerial control tools for the department; Drive improvements to optimize procurement activities and enhance quality; Manage area performance indicators; Serve as the technical reference for the team. **Requirements:** Experience in procurement and negotiation of products and services Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data registration and maintenance Hands-on experience with procurement systems Monitoring of area indicators and KPIs End-to-end procurement process perspective Hands-on experience with procurement systems **Preferred Qualifications:** SAP knowledge **Work Location:** São Leopoldo \- RS (Hybrid: 1 day/week onsite) **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, propose new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
