Job Summary: Sebratel is seeking a Quality Control and Operational Processes Analyst to perform administrative tasks, analyze quality indicators, and provide operational support, with a focus on telecommunications. Supporting interdepartmental communication to optimize processes Sebratel is looking for an Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for general administrative activities, quality indicator analysis, and operational support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of the telecommunications sector are essential. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the company’s administrative and operational processes; * Monitor and analyze quality and performance indicators; * Prepare management reports and presentations based on collected indicators; * Support document organization and archiving; * Perform data entry and updates of information in internal systems; * Support interdepartmental communication to optimize processes; * Address internal and external requests related to the administrative department. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:18\. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the telecommunications sector; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Ability to analyze and interpret quality indicators; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); * Basic understanding of legislation applicable to the telecommunications sector. **Benefits:** Life insurance and funeral assistance extended to dependents Transportation allowance or Flash Mobility, Meal allowance (R$28.00/day), Medical and dental health assistance (Doctor Clin) \- effective after 90 days Discounts at La Salle University Sebratel University \- certified courses delivered by FiberSchool Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
