If you're passionate about technology and innovation, and want to be part of the digital transformation of a global brand, join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee the team’s backoffice activities, designing workflows, distributing tasks, and guiding daily operations; * Participate in developing internal workflows, performance indicators, and customer service processes; research and analyze market trends to enhance process quality; * Monitor service quality, ensuring customers are served within appropriate timeframes and correctly, while providing technical guidance to the team; * Organize customer service schedules; * Apply a commercial focus to maximize conversion and customer retention by developing relationship-building case studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication; * Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis; * Ability to co-create and collaborate; * Curiosity, creativity, and systemic thinking; * Strong listening skills, results-driven actions, and commitment. **Additional Information** * Work model: Hybrid; * Location: Farroupilha; * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
