If you are passionate about technology and innovation—and want to be part of the digital transformation of a global brand—join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee the team’s back-office activities, build workflows, distribute tasks, and guide daily operations; * Participate in designing internal workflows, performance indicators, and customer service processes; research and analyze market trends to enhance process quality; * Monitor service quality, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance while providing technical guidance to the team; * Organize customer service shift schedules; * Adopt a commercial focus to maximize customer conversion and retention by developing customer relationship case studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication; * Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis; * Ability to co-create and collaborate; * Curiosity, creativity, and systemic thinking; * Active listening skills, results-oriented actions, and commitment. **Additional Information** * Work model: Hybrid; * Location: Farroupilha; * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
