Precast Production Supervisor – Coordinate and supervise the production team at the precast factory. • Monitor the manufacturing of components such as beams, columns, slabs, panels, and precast structures. • Ensure production complies with design specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. • Assign tasks among team members. * Monitor processes including reinforcement, formwork assembly, concreting, form removal, and component finishing. • Control team productivity and performance. • Identify and correct defects in the production process. • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Support training of new employees. • Report results and issues to management.
