Work in the maintenance area, ensuring adequate physical conditions of work environments and the manufacturing unit through building maintenance, painting, and cleaning. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform control of building maintenance for the entire factory, including access turnstiles, painting, gates, cafeteria; * Perform control of cleaning and preservation of the entire factory, including gardens and other areas such as leisure and rest; * Perform control and monitoring of lighting services related to illumination and electrical repairs in buildings; * Perform control and monitoring of refrigeration contracts, preventive and corrective maintenance on comfort and process equipment; * Perform control and monitoring of roof maintenance contracts; * Close and report service orders and service requests via TOTVS system; * Manage project costs (budget preparation and expense management); * Develop suppliers; * Perform other related tasks according to the needs of the department; * Develop procedures, standards, failure analyses, maintenance plans, and checklists; * Safeguard equipment under responsibility and maintain a proper work environment; * Request necessary parts/equipment/supplies for task execution; * Be committed and always available whenever possible to assist colleagues and superiors. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical course (Buildings / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or related fields); * Good interpersonal skills, dynamism, concentration, organization, commitment, analytical ability, critical thinking, and teamwork; * Previous experience in building maintenance will be an advantage. **Additional information** Shuttle transportation, on-site cafeteria, health insurance, dental plan, profit sharing, attendance bonus, life insurance, and total pass.
