Engineering analyst to support the on-site engineer. Monitoring of construction execution, verification of work activities—from earthworks and foundations to final finishes and project handover. Physical progress tracking and reporting via software, as well as financial monitoring. Attendance at in-person meetings with engineering teams and third parties to align schedules and planned activities according to the established timeline. Proactive, dynamic, curious, eager to build a long-term career within the company and advance to higher positions. Knowledge of cast-in-place concrete structures (e.g., concrete walls) is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and ability to develop progress-tracking spreadsheets; logical reasoning; high energy level. Must reside in the city or region and own a vehicle.
