Building Maintenance Assistant \- Assist in basic electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance tasks, performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, faucets, and door adjustments. • Support the upkeep of common areas and building equipment, and accompany service providers when necessary. • Identify and report maintenance needs while ensuring workplace organization and safety. • Also responsible for cleaning building blocks and the swimming pool, as well as mowing the lawn. Prior experience in this role is desirable. • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and masonry.
