Impresul is a company specialized in printing and visual communication solutions, offering services ranging from digital printing to high-quality graphic production. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and via e\-mail, clarifying inquiries and receiving service requests. Perform production of graphic materials, copies, binding, lamination, and other express services. Assist in organizing the department and managing customer service workflow. Position located in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as a Printing Operator, Graphic Production Assistant, Print Shop Assistant, or Graphic Services Attendant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
