Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and be accountable for the progress and completion of construction projects under your responsibility, planning, implementing, monitoring, and overseeing the work of third-party teams, as well as generating corrective actions to achieve and/or exceed planned results. * Be responsible for supervising and coordinating the technical team and third-party contractors, guided by the company's values, processes, policies, and people management procedures, to promote technical and behavioral development of personnel. * Be accountable for the execution results of construction projects under your responsibility, planning, implementing, and innovating; establishing and monitoring indicators; tracking and executing appropriate actions to achieve or exceed planned results, aligned with the organization's strategies, guidelines, and policies. * Be jointly responsible for the budget of the area under your command together with the Assembly Administrative Supervisor, ensuring adherence to the planned versus actual budget, observing deviations and their justifications. * Provide technical support to construction execution teams, ensuring assembly quality, schedule compliance, and achievement of planned flows/volumes. * Be responsible for developing and validating project execution methodologies, establishing the Bertolini Project Management System, aligned with market best practices. * Coordinate with the technical team on inspection and survey of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization per defined planning. * Plan and act as project leader, as well as support other project leaders in such leadership, applying the most suitable methodology for each situation according to the Bertolini Project Management System standards to prevent failures. * Conduct training and capacity-building activities with diverse teams, guiding best practices for project execution within Bertolini standards. * Interact with clients, commercial teams, and partners to ensure smooth progress of projects under your responsibility. * Report to company management information regarding project progress/status, deviation analysis, risk analysis, and communication, thereby contributing to achieving established objectives. * Identify potential risks, plan contingency actions, and interact appropriately with all involved parties to seek alternatives and solutions. * Propose and implement innovations and improvements in processes within your area of responsibility, evaluating results against company objectives and/or strategies. * Participate in preparing technical reports for construction projects under your responsibility, validating them with the structural calculation analyst. * Propose and implement improvements in assembly services and products, evaluating results against company objectives and/or strategies. * Identify and analyze profiles of potential new partners capable of meeting local service delivery needs, negotiating and/or developing new partnerships jointly with your immediate supervisor. * Study and analyze Bertolini product assembly methods to contribute to developing technical assembly manuals and proposing improvements to processes and products. * Define quality parameters focused on manufacturing and assembly processes, in accordance with current regulations and engineering best practices. * Maintain contact with interfacing departments, suppliers, service providers, employees, and other stakeholders, aligning work processes, goals, and common objectives to gather information, clarify doubts, solve problems, among others. * Ensure escalation of critical technical assistance situations for analysis and resolution. * Comply with, enforce, and promote adherence to company norms and procedures, quality and environmental management, and occupational health and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering; * In-depth knowledge of assembly processes; * Experience managing third-party teams. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental insurance; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; Reduced daily working hours by 15 minutes; Various partnership agreements (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special rates.
