Job Summary: Logistics analyst focused on monitoring indicators, costs, productivity, and account closing to optimize DC operations. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics indicator analysis and generation 2. Operational cost monitoring for the distribution center (DC) 3. Productivity data compilation and account reclassification * Logistics indicators analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators reflecting local DC performance; * Service level: prepare presentations with charts showing DC performance results; * Costs: generate reports and monitor DC operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team data and submit results to supervision and coordination for performance analysis and improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly closing of costs incurred in the area, executing account reclassifications according to results and guidance from coordination and management via SAP system; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: performed monthly closing of DC results in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination to analyze results and present to management. Data was obtained via SAP and company management reports.
