




Job Summary: A professional responsible for commercial procedures, customer service, document organization, and process improvement, acting under the supervision of the Commercial Analyst. Document organization and process analysis for continuous improvement * Conduct commercial procedures with financial correspondents, clients, and brokers within parameters established by the company; 2\. Act under the supervision of the Commercial/Trade Analyst. 1\. Register clients and documentation in systems. 2\. Monitor the progress of clients' commercial processes. 3\. Contact clients to request missing documentation. 4\. Generate proposals for negotiation with clients (simulator). 5\. Issue client contracts in the system. 6\. Send documentation, contracts, and proposals to brokers. 7\. Perform delivery and collection services for documentation at relevant agencies. 8\. Control and organize client documentation. 9\. Serve customers at stores. 10\. Clarify customer inquiries regarding proposals, documentation, and developments. 11\. Register clients in the CRM system. 12\. Answer customer phone calls, among other duties. 13\. Assemble client documentation dossiers upon request. 14\. Organize client documentation (CEF Contract, registration certificate, and manual). 15\. Analyze key bottlenecks in the process and study ways to resolve them, proposing improvements and rationalization to enhance productivity and ensure quality; Ensure compliance with company regulations, procedures, and standards.
