




Job Summary: The professional will monitor, guide, and support sales representatives; track performance and metrics; and proactively contribute to process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Monitor sales representatives’ daily performance, providing remote support and guidance on operational and commercial matters. * Assist new sales representatives during their adaptation period, ensuring efficient integration into company processes, systems, and culture. * Monitor sales metrics, leads, targets, and conversion rates, preparing accurate reports for the commercial management team. * Ensure proper use of commercial systems (operating system, spreadsheets, internal reports, etc.). * Interface with Finance, HR, Scheduling, and other departments to ensure aligned and organized information flow. * Identify operational and managerial needs, reporting critical issues and improvement opportunities to management. * Monitor sales representatives’ satisfaction, collect feedback, and propose solutions to maintain engagement and performance. * Track targets, monitor results, and support corrective actions when necessary. * Monitor sales representatives’ working hour records, ensuring compliance with schedules and internal policies. * Monitor uniform usage, reinforce standards, and provide guidance in case of non-compliance. * Act proactively and decisively, anticipating problems and rapidly and effectively implementing solutions.
