We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team! Your mission will be to strategically and analytically engage in prospecting, customer service, and support, contributing to the company's sustainable growth through the development of commercial proposals, indicator tracking, continuous process improvement, and strengthening of commercial relationships, always aligned with organizational culture and ethical guidelines. **Responsibilities:** Support in import budget and scheduling; Forecast management and product alignment; Participation in demand and planning meetings; Sales analysis and support to the Supply team; Identification of portfolio opportunities and risks; Support to Marketing in lifecycle and trend management; Deployment of targets and price updates; Monitoring of commercial performance and inventory; Approval of orders with commercial exceptions. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in commercial areas, demand planning, or supply chain; Advanced Excel proficiency; Knowledge of BI tools (will be considered a plus). **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Mobility assistance (if residing outside Lajeado); Partnership with Educational Institutions; SESC membership agreement.
