Job Summary: Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist responsible for providing courteous patient reception, managing registrations, handling payments, selling products, and organizing the reception area—ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. A welcoming environment with interest in aesthetics and beauty \*Receptionist – Aesthetic Clinic\* \*Main Responsibilities:\* \* Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; \* Greet patients courteously and attentively; \* Register patients in the system and manage document control; \* Receive payments according to the clinic's available payment methods; \* Support the sales consultant in customer service and relationship management; \* Sell Home Care products; \* Request customer reviews on Google; \* Organize the reception area, restock supplies, and prepare coffee; \* Assist with clinic decoration during campaigns and special events; \* Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for patients. \*Requirements:\* \* Completed high school education; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills; \* Communicative, friendly, and proactive personality; \* Punctuality and organizational skills; \* Aptitude for public-facing service and sales; \* Interest in aesthetics and beauty; \* Creativity to contribute ideas and help organize the clinic. \*Preferred Qualifications:\* \* Prior customer service experience; \* Basic knowledge of aesthetic procedures; \* Proficiency with social media and WhatsApp. \*Job Details:\* Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site Location: Dois Irmãos/RS Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM–6:30 PM \+ Saturday, 8:45 AM–1:00 PM Fixed Salary: R$ 1\.750,00 \+ commission \+ allowance Meal Voucher: R$ 22.24 per day.
