Complete machine setup Industry seeks a Multifunctional Operator in Novo Hamburgo (Liberdade). **Responsibilities:** Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and production orders to manufacture parts. Prepare, adjust, and operate conventional and/or CNC milling machines. Select and install cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and cutting parameters. Machine flat surfaces, cavities, grooves, chamfers, and various profiles. Perform cuts, measurements, and corrections to ensure dimensional tolerances. Conduct complete machine setup (workpiece clamping, zero-point adjustments, tool selection). Adjust spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and program parameters.
