Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction Opportunity for a **Compounding Technician**, to work at Formula Animal in Novo Hamburgo :) **What You Will Do:** * Assist in preparing and sorting equipment and utensils for compounding * Perform medication compounding * Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products * Document activities and procedures related to the role * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction * Continuously analyze processes to identify improvements and efficiencies * Proactively address requests and resolve potential issues * Pay close attention to detail and organization to ensure optimal process and customer outcomes **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in compounding * Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical actives, laboratory fundamentals, and elementary mathematics * Availability to work regular business hours (including Saturday mornings on an alternating basis) **Benefits** * Access to training programs * Welcoming work environment * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract * On-site work * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with break), and alternating Saturday mornings * Workplace address \- Rua Inconfidência, 896\.
