Vila Galé seeks to integrate a Purchasing Manager into its team for the opening of its new hotel, VG Collection Opera São Luís, located in São Luís/MA.

**FUNCTION MISSION:**
Manage the purchasing and warehouse department, professionally serving all internal and external customers in accordance with Vila Galé standards.
**YOUR PROFILE:**
Completed high school or currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective.
Prior experience in purchasing is desirable.
Experience in this role—or a similar one—in the food or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of leadership, logistics, and purchasing negotiations.
Social and logical-mathematical intelligence, organization, communication and persuasion skills, creativity, urgency orientation, and focus on both internal and external customers;
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Contact and negotiate with suppliers.
Guide and participate in developing new suppliers and defining strategies to obtain better prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Request purchase and payment authorizations, and propose service and cost improvements to General Management.
Carry out month-end closing procedures, controlling entries and analyzing results.
Record invoices, monitor and record inventories.
Select and train department staff, as well as monitor their development.
