Vila Galé seeks to integrate an Operational Manager into its team for the opening of its new hotel, VG Collection Opera São Luís, located in São Luís/MA.

**FUNCTION MISSION:**
Support hotel operations, ensuring service quality, team integration, and excellence in guest service, in accordance with Vila Galé standards.
**YOUR PROFILE:**
Completed technical or higher education in Hospitality, Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of computer skills and hotel systems and/or software from a user perspective.
Fluency in a second language (preferably English or Spanish).
Relevant experience in the role matching the hotel’s profile, or in departmental management such as F&B or Front Office, is desirable.
International experience and operational roles will be considered advantages.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Directly support the management of all operational and administrative departments (where applicable).
Supervise and directly support the Quality Department in its activities, and represent management in certification processes when required.
Directly support the Human Resources Department in designing and implementing initiatives focused on employee motivation and development.
Participate in Promotion, Marketing, and Human Resources initiatives.
Substitute for the General Manager when necessary.
Propose operational improvement measures to General Management.
